    The program is designed for the students who will engage in the development and utilization of water resources, the planning, design, construction and management of water supply and drainage for urban and industry after their graduation.
　　Core Courses: water analytical chemistry, water microbiology, hydraulic mechanics, engineering mechanics, engineering surveying, civil engineering, water pumps and pumping stations, water supply and drainage network engineering, water supply and drainage system engineering, water treatment engineering, construction technology and management, electrical equipment and automatic control, water engineering economy.
    Upon graduation, students can apply for the positions in government agencies, municipal planning and management, design and construction, research institutes, universities in the fields of planning, design, construction, management, development, research or teaching.
The department has the right to grant master degree of municipal engineering.
